World Class Fitness in 100 words
Eat meat and vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch and no sugar. Keep intake to levels that will support exercise but not body fat. Practice and train major lifts: Deadlift, clean, squat, presses, C&J, and snatch. Similarly, master the basics of gymnastics: pull-ups, dips, rope climb, push-ups, sit-ups, presses to handstand, pirouettes, flips, splits, and holds. Bike, run, swim, row, etc, hard and fast. Five or six days per week mix these elements in as many combinations and patterns as creativity will allow. Routine is the enemy. Keep workouts short and intense. Regularly learn and play new sports. ~Greg Glassman

Do you eat Paleo?

"Do you eat Paleo? What do you eat?" I get asked this question all the time. Once I explain what I eat (lean meats, vegetables, some fruits, nuts and seeds) I get funny looks followed with a comment like, "ohh, I cant do that!"

I always think to myself...really? Why not?

Do you want a better body, more strengh, feel better, and have more energy? How bad do you want those things? I find that many people are ok with working out 2-3x a week and eating whatever they want. That's fine, they can do that. Just don't come asking me how do I look like YOU and give me that snarled up nose when I tell you.

On the other hand, many people get excited when I tell them what I eat. They cant wait to start. They want to eat paleo to feel better, train harder and LOOK good. I gotta tell you...I don't eat paleo to look good. I do it because I FEEL good. I love the feeling of strength.

Paleo is a science. We are all different. What works for me probably won't work for you. You have to take the principles and tweak them just for YOU.
