Yup you got it! I’m talking about Halloween candy! Toss that crap right out the door. Don't even give it a second thought.
My kids came home with more candy than imaginable. Surprisingly, they sorted out their favorites and made a large pile of candy to donate. I may have to take a little credit for their distain for too much sugar. I don’t make things that contain that evil white stuff...sugar.
My girls have been raised on banana breads and pumpkin breads that are usually sweetened with applesauce, cinnamon, maybe agave (if I remember to buy it) or some dark chocolate 70% cocoa chips. Just enough natural sweetness but not enough to throw them into a coma.
Nothing about candy is Paleo....everything about it is processed, modern day sugar filled, fat full, belly aching J-U-N-K!
Do yourself a favor. THROW IT AWAY.
Remember one little cheat can throw you off for a week!
Be Clean in your life and in your eating! Eat like a cavegirl (or boy)!

Eat meat and vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch and no sugar. Keep intake to levels that will support exercise but not body fat. Practice and train major lifts: Deadlift, clean, squat, presses, C&J, and snatch. Similarly, master the basics of gymnastics: pull-ups, dips, rope climb, push-ups, sit-ups, presses to handstand, pirouettes, flips, splits, and holds. Bike, run, swim, row, etc, hard and fast. Five or six days per week mix these elements in as many combinations and patterns as creativity will allow. Routine is the enemy. Keep workouts short and intense. Regularly learn and play new sports. ~Greg Glassman
