World Class Fitness in 100 words
Eat meat and vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch and no sugar. Keep intake to levels that will support exercise but not body fat. Practice and train major lifts: Deadlift, clean, squat, presses, C&J, and snatch. Similarly, master the basics of gymnastics: pull-ups, dips, rope climb, push-ups, sit-ups, presses to handstand, pirouettes, flips, splits, and holds. Bike, run, swim, row, etc, hard and fast. Five or six days per week mix these elements in as many combinations and patterns as creativity will allow. Routine is the enemy. Keep workouts short and intense. SCF athletes like to do things together...even grocery shop!




This sunday we will be fighting the Super Bowl crowds at the grocery store! We will meet at Stop and Shop by the produce dept. @ 10:30am. If you have specific questions, bring them. I will help take the guess work out of shopping "paleo". It's easier than you think. I'm looking forward to our outing. If you have questions email me at jessica@shorelinecrossfit.com


DP will be hosting a SCF nutrition seminar SATURDAY, FEBRUARY 12TH @ 12pm. ALL NEW ATHLETES ARE ENCOURAGED TO ATTEND.

I'm planning on joining you all. I'm not coming to SCF in my body, but I'm there daily in my mind and I send my surrogate - while I stay home and cook for the returning athlete.

I miss you all very much.
